The Bio-Organism Gene Utilization Survey (BOGUS) database is the central, worldwide repository for virtual microarray data. By facilitating the pooling of image measurement data in a format suitable for cluster analysis, BOGUS is a critical link in the analysis process for simulated functional genomics data.

We currently aim to maintain compatibility with the freely available software tools from the Eisen lab.
